According to our most recent The Land Rig Newsletter, the top regions in Q3 reveals a significant decrease of new wells drilled from last year, but a slight uptick from last quarter.

The Permian Basin reflects 964 new wells drilled in Q3, an increase of 254 wells from last quarter, but still down 218 wells from this time last year.
