According to the RigData Locations & Operators Report, the U.S rig count reached four digits, the first time since the week of April 10, 2015, to 1,001 rigs (+5).  56 rigs are waiting to spud and 365 rigs moved location last week. The U.S. permit count dropped as it fell to 705 (-28).
