Overall Outlook: Glimmer of hope for more drilling next 6 months.
Nearly a third of drillers surveyed expressed some optimism over the possibility that more work will be headed their way during the next 6 months. However, 26% expect work volumes to be steady but low during the same period, and 12% expect work volumes to decline again. Another 21% are uncertain of how work volumes will play out during the next 6 months.
