For the first time in 2016 the U.S. Land Rig Count drops below 400. Texas still has the highest rig count with 172 rigs.
The U.S. Rig Count drops 22 to 446 this week. The permit count is down 49 to 396 permits filed. 59 rigs are waiting to spud.
